Boulder Ridge Zoo- All You Need to Know (Animals and Map)


Boulder Ridge Wild Animal Park is a complete zoo and safari adventure. The zoo is situated 30 minutes southwest of downtown Grand Rapids.

With over 100 acres and thousands of animals, it is an excellent adventure for the whole family.

This 80-acre private zoo hosts many exotic animals, many of which can be touched. Moreover, boulder ridge is proud of the several rare and endangered animals found in the park.

What To Do at Boulder Ridge Zoo:

Like many other zoos, boulder ridge also allows you to feed animals like zebras and giraffes. The other activities you can do there are:

  • Children can mine for the gemstones.
  • You can get a safari ride to take a tour of the whole property and view all animals who live there, including zebras, antelopes, buffaloes, and others.

  • Seniors (62 +) = $16.00
  • Children (3-11) = $14.00
  • Ages 2 & under FREE

In addition, you can get a membership of the zoo; it will allow you and your family to have unlimited admissions to the park until the season end.

  • For Two Adults (18+) = $100
  • For Children (under 18) = $30
