It is a zoo in Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA. Since starting in 1965, the zoo has been located on 40 acres in Franke Park, Fort Wayne.

The non-profit Fort Van Zoological Society runs the Fort Van Children’s Zoo under a partnership agreement with Fort Van Parks and the Department of Recreation. The zoo accepts no tax funding for operations and operates solely on donations and income.
