Monterey Zoo- All You Need to Know (Animals and Map)


Centrally located 51-acre farm near the Monterey-Selenais Highway. Hosts 100+ exotic, wild, and domestic animals and birds. Also available overnight and for special occasions.
The Zoological Association proudly recognized the Monterey Zoo. In June 2020, the United States paid tribute to all those who worked hard to build the zoo.

What To Do at Monterey Zoo:

The zoo offers numerous exciting activities for both adults and children.

  • Visitors can walk with the zoo animals, touch them, and feed them.
  • Visitors can reside in the bungalows within the zoo, equipped with furniture, a bathroom, and comfortable beds.
  • Visitors can come with their beloved furry friends. Pets are also allowed into the zoo. You can book a place for them in pet resorts and Oxton Kennels.
  • Visitors can get amazing photographs with the animal celebrities such as King Lion, Bengal tiger etc.
  • In addition to this, you can shop for the loved ones at the gift shop.

  • Adults (ages 15 +) = $35.25
  • Children (ages 2-14) = $25
  • Ages under 2 free = $8 stroller fees

Annual passes for individuals and families are also available. The starting price is just $110.
